The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer in India to help shape our product vision and build engaging consumer grade experiences for our brands and creators.  As a Product Designer, you will help shape and redefine the user experience and design of Aspire for our Brands and Creators. You are a highly motivated and collaborative designer who will use your customer obsession and structured problem solving skills to help drive the product forward. You will be responsible for the product’s UX journey and work closely with product managers and engineers to bring delightful experiences to market - quickly and at a high quality. You are ultimately responsible for the customer’s journey through the application. 

As a Product Designer, you will own the design process from ideation, research through to execution and post delivery analysis. Our designers are creative, opinionated, and passionate about their craft - all in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user flows for enterprise applications, is a self starter, curious about the customer and the technology and loves to sweat the details to set a standard for amazing UX. 

We are a flat organization with empowered individuals. The role will report directly to the SVP of Product and Design. 

What you'll be working on:

  • Own the customer experience for substantial existing and new parts of Aspire
  • Understand our customers, our products, and our competitors to identify needs & opportunities to advance our product and the user experience
  • Translate complex requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces and workflows
  • Lead the product thinking through design led frameworks and support it with information architecture diagrams, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for your features
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, determine priorities, and inform design decisions
  • Contribute to product strategy through customer research and design explorations
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to develop and implement meaningful product and process changes
  • Closely collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to solicit their feedback and understand customer needs. 

 

What we're looking for: (Job Requirements/Must have) 

  • 4+ years experience in a Product Designer role at SaaS companies
  • Demonstrated ability to define a customer-centric UX that balances product priorities, technical constraints, and UX simplicity
  • Exceptional skills in the craft and execution of product design work, from high-level strategic direction down to UX design details.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once, rapid iterations, and delivering refined designs in a short time
  • Proven bar raiser with a keen sense of high quality design and UX that drives user engagement and improves customer NPS
  • Experience in using Figma to design products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate design decisions across the organization
  • Act as a product owner, consistently generates customer insights and influences feature direction

 

Bonus Points:

  • Work in a DTC (Direct to Consumer) experience or marketplace solutions would be a bonus - but not required.
