The Role

As an Account Supervisor at AspireIQ, you’ll lead a dynamic junior client services team on the front lines of ensuring campaign success and overall client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the execution of influencer campaigns, and ensuring that our clients’ goals are met with precision and creativity. This is a key front-line leadership role where you'll act as a mentor, a strategist, and a brand ambassador all rolled into one.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing / AOR client relationships, fostering and maintaining strong relationships. You will be a thought leader for the brand bringing creative solutions to help meet their overall marketing goals and objectives, while ensuring clear communication. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Campaign Associates, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development. 
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Oversee the creation and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Provide strategic guidance to your team in campaign planning, creative strategy,  influencer selection, and content creation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze multiple campaigns’ performance, using data-driven insights to optimize current and future work flows. Ability to tell a story with data to present the value of the program and actionable recommendations. 
  • Client Retention & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive client retention and identify opportunities for account growth to escalate for action in partnership with your Account Director. Develop a strong and strategic POV on clients' verticals to ensure visible growth and perceived value of our client services, effectively leveraging the Aspire SaaS platform to power our work
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and address any issues proactively, offering solutions that enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align on client objectives, share feedback on desired product improvements, and contribute to overall business health.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management in a high-growth digital marketing and/or influencer marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is between $90,000 - $105,000.

  • Please note: The final offer amount will depend on factors like experience, expertise, and location, and may differ from the range above. This range also excludes additional benefits, such as equity, 401(k), and medical, dental, or vision insurance.

Our compensation philosophy: we use a market-based approach to compensation. This means we use a series of compensation tools to help us understand how companies value this role in the U.S. market based on function, level, geographic location, and positions benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards.
