The Role

AspireIQ is the leading platform for community-powered marketing, helping the world’s most iconic brands scale authentic relationships with creators and customers. Our customers rely on accurate, timely, and easy-to-digest data in order to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts; you, as BI / Data Analyst, will own the responsibility for building the systems and dashboards that provide it to them.

In this highly impactful role, you’ll own our internal BI reporting stack, drive cross-functional insights, and work directly with product and engineering teams to enable embedded analytics for our customers. If you're equal parts curious and rigorous, and you love helping teams unlock their full potential with data, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Own and evolve our BI reporting stack, from ingestion and ETL to data modeling and Tableau dashboards.
  • Define the BI playbook and lead the technical strategy for our internal self-serve insights platform.
  • Build scalable, high-quality data visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Embed analytics into the product experience, surfacing actionable insights for our customers.
  • Drive strategic analytics initiatives and partner with company leadership to turn insights into execution plans.
  • Lead the charge in centralizing organizational data into a unified analytics fabric.
  • Act as a problem-solver and internal consultant, proactively identifying trends, anomalies, and causal relationships in business and product data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize BI needs and prepare for evolving data requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst at a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data querying and manipulation and BI and data visualization tools like Tableau for analyzing and visualizing complex datasets.
  • Able to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to both internal teams and customers.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (e.g., using Airflow DAGs).
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience delivering self-serve BI solutions that empower teams and scale well.
  • Excellent data visualization skills with an eye for design and clarity in communicating insights.
  • Deep understanding of data structuring, modeling, and storytelling.
  • Strong analytical thinking, critical problem-solving, and a bias for action.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure executive-level presentations with compelling narratives and clean visuals.
  • Self-starter mentality - you take initiative, own outcomes, and love rolling up your sleeves.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in creator platforms, influencer marketing, or DTC/marketplace environments.
  • Experience working with Google Big Query and Google Cloud SQL
  • Familiarity with product analytics and how to surface value-driving insights directly to customers.
  • Prior work building predictive models that impact customer retention or LTV.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
