FP&A Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking an FP&A Senior Financial Analyst to support a best-in-class finance function and be responsible for the financial planning and analysis process to ensure timely delivery of financial and operational information to all key internal and external stakeholders. The role will report directly to the Director, FP&A and work closely with other business leaders in the organization to assist in setting financial goals, as well as provide guidance with respect to current and historical trends, comparison to established metrics and compliance with the budgets and forecasts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs, provide financial insights, and support their financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Perform margin analysis by department/function/location in support of timely decision making for leadership and cross-function team members
- Support business partners in the development of business cases for new initiatives, providing financial analysis and modeling to ensure sound decision-making.
- Lead the development of business unit and departmental budgets, ensuring they are focused on achieving operational efficiencies and ensuring the linkage between the budget and longer-term growth goals
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with functional leaders and teams across the Company
- Define KPIs, deliver in-depth analysis, drive insights and support finance & business leadership
- Create informative dashboards and reports to visually represent financial data and facilitate informed decision-making
- Demonstrate principled entrepreneurship to identify opportunities for optimization, transformation, and insightful financial analysis
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Engineering; MBA a plus, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years in financial analysis roles
- Experience in business planning, analysis and reporting
- Excel proficiency demonstrated in a business/finance setting
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools such as NetSuite, Hyperion, etc.
- Advanced Excel, Financial Planning Tools, BI and database tools, & PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with strong presentation skills
- Experience with operational finance including financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate operating results to senior management across the organization
- Comfortable managing complex financial models
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Strong ability to enforce standards with integrity while handling sensitive matters in a timely and constructive manner
- Ability to drive process improvements to support the growth of the company
- Ability to effectively work and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment
- Can manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and requirements
- Ability to work effectively with large amounts of data, drill down into details and provide concise and accurate overviews
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills

Regional Facilities Manager
This key role will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management functions across multiple locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in facilities management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to ensure optimal operational performance and excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
Conduct site visits on a regular basis including but not limited to review of curb appeal, maintenance projects, reports, work productivity, site inventories, adherence to policies and procedures, capital improvement project review and completion of quarterly community standards inspections.
Work with on-site team and Regional Manager to correct any deficiencies identified in site inspections promptly.
Reinforce community environmental safety programs such as Asbestos, LBP and Mold response policies to ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.
Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential crises and ensure business continuity.
Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Development to prepare property maintenance staff for enhanced operational efficiency.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as make-ready and work order completion times to assess the performance and effectiveness of maintenance teams and collaborate with the on-site manager and maintenance manager when performance improvement is needed.
Assist with implementing and ensuring compliance with programs at the site level such as Predictive and Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Preparedness, Preferred Vendor Programs, etc. at each site as outlined by Asset Living’s policy.
Assist Regional Manager and Director of Facilities in the development of capital budgets annually.
Assist with developing scopes, assist with bid analysis, and monitor project management for capital projects to ensure effective utilization of the annual budget, selection of vendors and the services provided, and the timely completion of services covered by the contract.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Demonstrate consistent and appropriate sense of urgency and foster urgency among maintenance team and contract personnel.
Foster interdepartmental communication protocol and assist personnel in effective communication between office and maintenance department.
Assist Client Services with Due Diligence and transitions by participating in site inspections, preparing reports, and evaluating staff as requested.
Support other operational goals and objectives as defined and needed by the Director of Facilities and VP of Operations.
Daily travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.
Any other tasks assigned or directed.
Required Skills & Experience
Ability to travel across portfolio daily.
Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required.
Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business needs and deadlines.
Possess the ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook.
