- Drive technical design decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures aligned with platform best practices.
- Facilitate discovery and design workshops, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and architecture documents.
- Guide and mentor development teams, providing direction on configuration, custom development, portal design, and integration patterns.
- Oversee technical quality through code reviews, solution validation, deployment planning, and Go-Live readiness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identify risks, recommend optimizations, and shape long-term platform roadmaps.

- Proven ability to lead client workshops, clarify requirements, and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Experience guiding Agile delivery activities, including story review, estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders and coach technical teams.
Extra Awesome

Every now and then, we may ask you to join us on-site with a client—but those moments are the exception, not the rule. Flexibility is built in, because we know life doesn’t fit neatly into a 9–5.
What the Work Looks Like
Most of your day will be spent collaborating online, building smart solutions, and occasionally traveling (up to 10%) if a project needs you in person. Otherwise, it’s you, your laptop, and your favorite coffee mug.
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive pay that reflects your skills and certifications
- Performance bonuses and annual reviews that celebrate growth
- Unlimited vacation + flexible time off (because balance matters)
- Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) coverage
