As a Client Success Executive at Atlas, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring the success of a portfolio primarily comprised of our high-value, strategic & emerging clients. You will be entrusted with managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their goals align with our solutions to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. As a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to provide strategic guidance, address complex issues, and ensure our solutions help clients achieve their business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management & Client Advocacy:
    • Own and manage a portfolio primarily comprised of high-value, strategic & emerging clients, ensuring alignment between client goals (global expansion, workforce management, compliance) and our solutions to enable client success and long-term relationship growth.
    • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance, support, and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
    • Develop and execute tailored client success strategies that align with the client’s goals & objectives to drive long-term success, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and value realization.
    • Serve as the primary advocate for your clients, ensuring their voices are heard across the organization. Act as a key escalation point for complex client issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide timely resolutions.
  • Client Retention and Growth
    • Engage in consultative sales conversations with clients to identify growth opportunities, including global workforce expansion and additional service upsells.
    • Leverage data and insights to identify key upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with the client's business objectives and growth goals.
    • Implement targeted strategies to mitigate churn risk by addressing concerns promptly, identifying at-risk accounts, and creating action plans to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, delivery, and marketing) to ensure that client expectations are met, and new product features align with client needs.
    • Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on client input, advocating for enhancements that will drive client satisfaction.
  • Client Health Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Continuously track client health metrics, such as usage, satisfaction, and engagement, ensuring clients are realizing maximum value from our solutions.
    • Address potential risks and challenges to client satisfaction proactively, ensuring issues are resolved before they impact the overall client relationship.
    • Present insights and regular reports on client account performance, client satisfaction, and key success metrics to internal leadership and clients.
  • Financial Health and P&L Management:
    • Responsible for the financial health of the client portfolio.  Monitor, track, and report on the financial performance of client accounts, ensuring alignment with company revenue & margin goals as well as client expectations.
    • Work with clients and internal teams to optimize service delivery while maximizing cost-efficiency, ensuring both client value and profitability.
    • Identify potential financial risks within client accounts and collaborate with internal teams to proactively address issues that could impact P&L outcomes.
  • Client Insights & Strategy:
    • Understand clients' business objectives and global workforce strategies to help them make informed decisions on using our solutions.
    • Provide strategic advice to clients on global compliance, workforce management, and operational efficiency, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compliance regulations, and best practices, ensuring clients remain competitive and informed.
  • Mentorship & Leadership
    • Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a client-first mindset and helping develop team members' skills.
    • Contribute to the development of client success strategies, best practices, and team culture.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a global team in client success, account management, or a client-facing role (SaaS, EOR, HR tech, or related industries).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-value, complex global accounts with a focus on long-term engagements.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of global workforce management, EOR solutions, HR compliance, payroll, or employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically align client objectives with solutions, ensuring long-term value delivery.
  • Strong ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders to align solutions with their business goals.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales quota, revenue & margin growth, customer satisfaction, and retention targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Commercial acumen, including creation of business cases, sales, forecasting, and margin analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage client expectations, drive outcomes, and maintain positive relationships.
