Senior Account Executive, Sales & Partnerships

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive, Sales & Partnerships   to join our rapidly growing West Coast team. Our ideal candidate has brand direct relationships with decision makers at Fortune 500 companies and experience in a sales or business development role orchestrating seven figure, multi-faceted deals.  

This role will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities and identifying upsell opportunities - driving revenue growth and impact with top brands while serving as a trusted partner across content campaigns and always on creative agency scopes. They will need to comprehend the intricate marketing hurdles faced by our partners and prospective clients, conveying ATTN’s distinct offerings and providing solutions that drive business results

  • Identify, scope and execute new partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Prospect and meet with top tier brands and agencies, and shape competitive proposals that showcase our offering as a Creative Shop and publisher including branded content campaigns, strategy, social organic campaigns, influencer/talent executions, experiential, etc
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Manage the deal’s lifecycle, from initial outreach and creative prospecting to negotiation and close on large scale, integrated partnerships
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure client satisfaction, overperformance on KPIs and to identify organic growth opportunities
  • Ability to quarterback multiple new partner projects, while continuing to build new relationships/pipeline
  • Strong awareness of planning cycles, industry trends, competitor activities, best-in-class 360 campaigns, and emerging social media tools

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years driving revenue across digital, creative production, social, creator, agency and content style partnerships with experience identifying, negotiating, and closing intricate seven-figure deals with clients directly
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with a dynamic rolodex of brand-direct relationships and decision makers you will call on day one
  • A curious and proactive leader with a strong command of advertising and marketing trends and confidence in making strategic recommendations for new clients that solve business problems 
  • Experience as a consultative seller with the capacity to package recommendations for strategic programs incorporating talent, distribution (social, OTT, TV), media, experiential and 3rd party organizations to build out holistic programs 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, high energy with a competitive spirit and a positive attitude

This position has an estimated annual base salary range between $145,000 to $175,000 plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
