Job Description
Atwell is seeking a dedicated Land Solutions Project Manager to engage with clients, build meaningful business relationships, and guide project success. This role involves managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client goals. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in property rights acquisition, energy industry project management, and managing land agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Engagement: Establish and maintain client relationships to identify future project opportunities and expand Atwell's footprint. Travel as necessary to promote services and align with client goals.
- Contract Management: Oversee NDA, MSA, and PSA processes; draft and negotiate project proposals; ensure projects align with contract terms.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Define project objectives, assemble teams, assign roles, and monitor milestones to ensure project success.
- Quality & Financial Oversight: Maintain project budgets, schedules, and invoicing. Address variances, uphold product quality, and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
- Internal Collaboration: Facilitate communication across project teams, share insights within the organization, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Project Management, with a focus on energy, land acquisition, and property rights.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ROW easements, surface leases, and similar agreements. Experience with project management tools, such as Vision, is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Industry certifications (e.g., AAPL, SR/WA) are preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
