Land Agent – Wind Energy Project
Southwestern Minnesota | Full-Time Contract | Active LLC Required
We’re hiring a full-time Land Agent to support a wind energy project in southwestern Minnesota. This is a boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone with wind experience who can build relationships with landowners and help move the project forward.
Local candidates are preferred, but per diem is available.
What you’ll do:

Secure wind lease and easement agreements with landowners

Track and document all landowner communications

Collaborate with project leadership to meet deadlines

Serve as a local, professional face of the project
What we’re looking for:

Land acquisition experience on wind development projects

Strong field communication and documentation skills

Familiarity with southwestern Minnesota

Must have an active LLC
Important Notes:

This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible)

Per diem is available; local candidates strongly preferred
