Land Agent – Wind Energy Project
Central Nebraska | Full-Time Contract | Active LLC Required
We’re hiring multiple full-time Land Agents to support wind development projects in central Nebraska. This is a field-based role for professionals with wind experience and the ability to build strong landowner relationships on behalf of our client.
Local candidates are preferred, but per diem is available for those traveling into the market.
What you’ll do:

Negotiate wind lease and easement agreements with landowners

Maintain accurate documentation of landowner communications

Coordinate with project managers to meet acquisition goals

Represent the project with integrity and local credibility
What we’re looking for:

Experience working on wind energy projects

Familiarity with central Nebraska landowner dynamics

Clear communication and negotiation skills
-
Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation

These are full-time 1099 contract roles (not benefits-eligible)
