Join our Orlando team as an Administrative Assistant supporting our Engineering and Landscape Architecture groups. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining efficient office systems, coordinating events, and supporting project teams. Your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills will help ensure that both day-to-day tasks and larger initiatives flow seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities

Manage phones, visitors, mail, and scheduling

Maintain files, conference rooms, and office resources

Support onboarding, event coordination, and vendor relations

Assist financial services with accounts payable and administrative tasks

Provide proactive support to staff and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills

Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
-
Dependable, resourceful, and proactive team player
Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

Knowledge of the architecture/engineering industry highly preferred
