Summary

The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will use multiple sourcing mediums, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, SourceWhale, cold calling, and internet research, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates in order to deliver a strong and diverse candidate pipeline. In this role, the employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in the essential functions of the position outlined below, while consistently operating in a production-driven environment that requires strong time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

  • Source & present qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens, personal interviews and reference checks.
  • Achieve weekly recruitment metrics 
  • Maintain applicant records & update information on a regular basis
  • Document interviews and job offers
  • Maintain job openings on corporate website and industry job boards
  • Design candidate correspondence letters / e-mails
  • Must be familiar with employment practices 
  • Ability to travel to local events and company outings nationally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience (required)
  • Industry experience in AEC (required)
