About the role
2025 AuctaneU Summer Internship Program
Applicants must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university
Interviews: On a rolling basis through March, 2025
First Day of onsite Orientation: June 3, 2025
Last day of the Internship Program: August 7, 2025
This is a paid internship
Ability to work 40 hours per week (except for the week of July 4th)
Position is hybrid in Austin, TX (Monday & Friday remotely & Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in-office)
Join our dynamic Store Team for a hands-on summer internship where you'll dive into the exciting world of managing and optimizing a high-volume ecommerce business. You'll gain practical experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and product launches while working on impactful projects, including the development and launch of a new program for the Stamps.com Store.
What will you be doing?
- Learn and execute day-to-day eCommerce operations, including store management, inventory monitoring, and performance tracking
- Collaborate on site optimization projects to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Participate in concepting and launching new site features and functionality
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns through email and advertising channels
- Lead the development and launch of a new program for the Stamps.com Store
- Analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, customer service, and development teams
What are we looking for?
- Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in eCommerce and digital business
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Located in or near the Austin, Texas area
- Personal entrepreneurial ventures or side hustles
- History of self-initiated projects or creative problem-solving
- Background in digital marketing or content creation
- Demonstrated interest in retail innovation and eCommerce trends

- Additional internal tools and platforms as needed
