POSITION SUMMARY:
Audax Group is seeking an Investor Operations Co-op Coordinator to contribute to a high-performing team. The firm’s Investor Operations effort has a high degree of responsibility and corresponding visibility externally with limited partners and internally with senior management. The Investor Operations Coordinator will handle outbound communications to investors as well as a variety of inbound inquiries specifically related to Audax Private Debt. The role requires the ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and deliverables in a deadline-oriented environment. Successful candidates are creative problem-solvers and self-starters who have the proven ability to produce results. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, quantitative and qualitative reasoning ability, and a rigorous work ethic are prerequisites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain CRM data quality through routine review of investor data and assist with data backfills when needed.
- Support downstream internal and external custodian investor reporting by coordinating inputs, performing quality checks, and helping ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Assist with ad hoc anti-money laundering screening, escalating as needed, and documenting outcomes per internal procedures.
- Maintain the DDQ/RFP library by updating/organizing categorization to standard responses, and ensuring version control along with content consistency.
- Monitor vendor and platform invoicing to payment completion and establishing a calendar of deliverables.
- Assist with new product onboarding by tracking required steps, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and maintaining documentation.
- Monitor news and research licenses by tracking renewals and entitlement to keep access current.
- Support fundraising industry news deliverables by gathering articles and compiling materials for data input.
- Cross training to provide overflow support for investor onboarding, correspondence merging, monthly/quarterly reporting, and ad hoc requests received.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program
- 0-2 years of previous administrative experience
- Previous finance industry or operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills, extremely detail oriented
- Self-starter with the willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in an environment of tight deadlines and high quality standards.
- MUST be team oriented and able to operate autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Knowledge of private debt or private equity industries, CRM databases (Dynamo, Salesforce) or alternative investment databases (Preqin, eVestment), is a plus

This is a Hybrid position: 4 days/week in the office.

For New York City only: The hourly range for this position is $23 - $28 per hour. The hourly range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
