POSITION SUMMARY:

The Treasury Analyst is an entry-level role within the Management Company Finance team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the treasury function and its data structure under the guidance of the Director of Management Company Finance. The individual will help maintain visibility into cash balances, support routine reporting, assist with system administration in Kyriba, and contribute to ongoing treasury projects across the firm.

This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to build foundational skills in treasury operations, banking systems, and financial reporting within a dynamic alternative investment environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily & Recurring Tasks:

  • Check the status of bank connections across all banking platforms and flag any connectivity issues to the Director of Finance
  • Review daily cash balances across accounts and assist in preparing the morning cash report for the team

System Administration & Maintenance (Kyriba):

  • Support the creation and setup of new debit accounts and company entities within Kyriba, following established procedures
  • Assist with account group and reporting group updates to ensure data is accurately organized within the system
  • Help maintain user access profiles, including onboarding new users and offboarding departing users under the direction of the Director of Finance
  • Perform manual balance adjustments in Kyriba as needed and assist with cash flow export template management
  • Support BofA API updates when new accounts are added to the platform
  • Maintain the MCO custom upload file used for Snowflake payment template processing

Reporting & Data Integrity:

  • Assist in reconciling cash balances across Kyriba, Snowflake, and bank files to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Support the initiation of balances for newly opened accounts
  • Help maintain and update budget code rules within Kyriba to ensure accurate payment categorization
  • Assist with cash flow and balance reporting requests from the Private Equity, Private Debt, and Co-invest teams

Troubleshooting & Ad Hoc Support:

  • Provide first-line support for payment processing issues, escalating to the Director of Finance as appropriate
  • Assist with defining data permissions for new accounts in line with firm access policies
  • Support the team with ad hoc treasury requests and special projects as they arise

COMPETENCIES:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in financial data and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks, deadlines, and ad hoc requests simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to monitor own workload and follow through independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across teams including Operations, Finance, and Deal teams.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant professional or internship experience; prior co-op or full-time experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; comfort working across multiple banking platforms and financial systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent tasks.
  • Familiarity with Kyriba, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar treasury and reporting tools is a plus.

For Massachusetts: The base salary range for this position is $65,000- $80,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
