We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Platform Engineer (f/m/x) to join our fast-growing HQ in Berlin! 

 About the role

As a Senior Platform Engineer at audibene you will be immersed in the realm of growing our IDP (Internal Developer Platform) product that is geared towards providing engineers within the company autonomy and efficiency in releasing changes to our customers. As a part of the role, you will also be involved in the upgrading and automation of the underlying infrastructure that fuels our audibene Platform.

Your responsibilities 

  • Design, implement and improve our infrastructure platform
  • Build and automate high performance, scalable systems
  • Play an active role in identifying developer bottlenecks and growing our Platform solutions to mitigate those needs
  • Identify and fix bugs in our core infrastructure and platform tooling ecosystem
  • Take ownership of Platform-led technical initiatives from architecture to implementation

Your profile

  • Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Go) used in building customer facing solutions
  • Profound infrastructure knowledge: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Previous experience in distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pulsar)
  • Experience working on initiatives that reduce developer cognitive load and enhance DevEx
  • Strong knowledge of system administration and infrastructure maintenance
