Role Overview

AutoDS is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our brand's visual, creative performance operation and strategic creative direction. This role involves both strategic and high-paced delivery of compelling campaigns across various channels, including paid social, video, web, and email, and working with creators and partners, aimed at driving measurable results in the global e-commerce market.

A critical aspect of this position is understanding how creative content performs across different marketing channels. You'll be expected to play a key role in analyzing performance metrics, identifying successful strategies, and leading creative optimizations that enhance engagement and conversion while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve AutoDS's creative vision and visual language across all platforms.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, impactful creative concepts.
  • Oversee comprehensive campaigns from ideation to execution across digital, social, email, video, and other relevant media.
  • Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers and copy creators, providing constructive feedback and fostering excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective customer journey.
  • Maintain high creative standards while balancing performance goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand assets while encouraging innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within design-driven environments, such as branding studios, creative agencies, and in-house in performance-oriented companies.
  • Strong background in visual design or art direction with a deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition across digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in developing online and digital campaigns for international markets, including both static and video content across performance-driven channels like Facebook, YouTube, and email marketing.
