Automox is on a mission to automate and simplify endpoint management, and we are seeking a dynamic, skilled Sales Enablement Manager to help scale our sales efforts by developing a robust enablement program.
THE FUN STUFF
The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in Automox’s revenue growth by designing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive sales enablement program. This program will be foundational to empowering our sales team with the tools, knowledge, and training they need to successfully communicate Automox’s value, overcome objections, and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate is strategic and analytical, with experience in developing and scaling SaaS sales enablement functions within high-growth technology environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Enablement Strategy & Program Development
- Design and implement a scalable sales enablement program tailored to the unique needs of Automox's sales teams.
- Develop a strategy to align sales enablement activities with Automox’s overall revenue goals and product roadmap.
- Continuously assess and optimize enablement strategies to enhance sales performance and productivity, using performance data to refine programming
- Manage LMS, Content Development & Delivery
- Maintain ownership of Automox Sales Enablement tooling (LMS) allowing it to act as the central resource for Sales training, content access, and enablement programming
- Create, curate, and organize resources such as sales playbooks, pitch decks, product overviews, and competitive analysis materials to support the sales team.
- Ensure content aligns with Automox’s messaging and brand guidelines, while highlighting the unique value of the Automox platform for potential customers.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and other teams to ensure that the sales team has access to updated, relevant information.
- Training & Onboarding
- Develop and lead onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are well-versed in Automox’s products, industry, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new product releases, market trends, competitive positioning, and sales methodologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics such as time to productivity, win rates, and overall sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, processes, and tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales feedback on product features, competitive intelligence, and market trends, ensuring these insights are relayed to the Product and Marketing teams.
- Act as a resource for the sales team by providing ongoing support, guidance, and best practices.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience: 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training within a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to endpoint management or cybersecurity industries. Ideal candidates will have some previous frontline sales experience.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Proven track record of working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive alignment on go-to-market initiatives.
- Training & Coaching Skills: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs that enhance team skills, confidence, and effectiveness.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Allego, Seismic), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Monday.com).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage insights to measure program impact and make data-driven adjustments.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and adapting to fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT management or cybersecurity space, particularly in endpoint management or patch management.
- Sales Methodologies: Knowledge of or certification in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Command of the Message, Challenger Sales) is a plus.
- Change Management: Experience in leading change management initiatives and promoting the adoption of new tools or practices within sales teams.

LOCATION
We are a fully distributed company of remote workers with concentrated hubs in Austin, TX, Tampa, FL, and Boulder, CO. We are in the process of establishing small collaboration spaces in these locations to provide opportunities for in-person discussions and team building when needed.

The range listed is the on target earning (OTE) potential. OTE is a mix of base pay and variable pay earned based on meeting sale's goals. In addition to OTE our compensation package includes equity and variety of great benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. Details of the OTE split will be shared during the interview process.
