Become a key part of the AutoScout24 Product Management team, where you’ll lead with impact by driving user engagement and guiding cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a product area, shape strategy, and inspire your team to deliver meaningful experiences that resonate with our users
What You’ll Do
- Lead the vision and execution of a product area with a strong focus on user engagement and retention
- Prioritize initiatives and epics that drive measurable impact across the product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Researchers, and Analysts to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and align product strategy with business goals
- Analyse product performance and engagement metrics to inform decisions and iterate quickly
- Champion product management best practices and contribute to the evolution of tools and methods
- Mentor and develop junior product managers and cross-functional team members
- Define and track OKRs, celebrating wins and learning from failures with transparency
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within your team
What You Bring
- 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years with a strong focus on user engagement
- Proven leadership experience in developing and coaching high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with great focus on consumer understanding and driving impact
- History of driving solid consumer and business impact with a balanced approach between strategic initiatives and tactical product improvements
- Deep understanding of product management tools and user-centric design principles
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think entrepreneurially across departments
- Passion for creating engaging digital experiences that drive user satisfaction and loyalty
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
