As a Product Strategy Consultant, you will play a critical role in executing strategic product initiatives, particularly in the context of post-merger integrations, new product rollouts, and growth-critical programs. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that combines data-driven insight, strategic coordination, and structured program leadership. 

You’ll work closely with product teams, data analysts, business units, and senior leadership to turn high-level goals into clear roadmaps, track execution, and drive alignment across stakeholders — acting as a force multiplier for product delivery and business impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead large-scale product initiatives across product, tech, commercial, and data teams. Act as a connector between vision and implementation. For example, define customer migration approaches and work closely with our local markets, go-to-market teams, pricing and CRM to implement those.
  • M&A integration support: Overarching PMO for product streams and key role in driving workstreams for PMIs including customer data analysis, customer migration plans, creation of training materials, identify dependencies, customer onboarding plans, etc.
  • Evaluation of new product ideas: Use data, user research, internal interviews, business modelling, etc to help us prioritize new ideas and roadmaps  
  • Data deep dives: Work with our internal data to answer ad-hoc complex questions. For example, analyse product usage, business KPIs, and operational metrics to identify challenges and inform prioritization / solution development 
  • Product Narrative & Communication: Help create internal briefings, concept pitches, and alignment docs for key initiatives or product bets
  • Stakeholder Management: Prepare strategic updates, investment cases, and risk assessments for product and executive stakeholders
  • Drive Accountability: Help teams clarify roles, responsibilities, and next steps — ensuring forward momentum on critical workstreams 

What You Bring 

  • 4+ years experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, product management, consulting, or a PMO function.
  • A bias for action — you're comfortable diving into details, iterating quickly, and pushing initiatives forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to work with data teams or independently dig into SQL, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Highly structured mindset; able to bring clarity to complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, commercial, and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated experience in post-merger integration, large program rollouts, or product transformation projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. 

Nice to Have 

  • Background in technology, platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders or supporting board-level initiatives.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, M&A playbooks, or change management practices.
