Professional UX Researcher

We’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher wo can proactively shape research strategies and lead impactful studies that deliver actionable insights. As a core member of the Design team, you will help us answer relevant user and business questions and translate them into clear, evidence-based recommendations for our product organization. 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, including the development of research concepts, questionnaire, discussion guides, and the execution of interviews, usability tests, as online surveys. 
  • Synthesize, visualize, and comunicate research findings and recommendations in compelling ways tailored to stakeholders across all levels of the organization. 
  • Continuously improve ways of working by exploring and experimenting with new tools, processes, and techniques for continuous personal and departmental work improvement.
  • Employ heuristics, voice of customer, experience mapping, affinity diagrams, statistical analysis, and other methods to triangulate users' pain points and derive actionable recommendations. 
  • Generate strategic research insights that inform new product opportunities, business model decisions, and optimization efforts across both B2B and B2C domains. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Academic background in psychology, social sciences, sociology, media sciences, communication sciences, business or a comparable subject. 
  • Significant work experience in user experience research.
  • Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with the ability to choose and apply the right approach for the task at hand.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops, including hypothesis generation, concept development, design thinking sessions, and insight-sharing activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in German is required, both written and spoken.
