(Senior) Group Financial Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

What you’ll do 

As Group Reporting Manager, you will act as the IFRS-technical authority within the Group and ensure high-quality, compliant and transparent external financial reporting. You define accounting policies, drive IFRS interpretations and safeguard disclosure excellence. 

• Own and continuously develop the Group IFRS accounting policies and technical accounting framework 
• Lead the preparation and quality assurance of consolidated financial statements, including notes and disclosures and other external reporting (e.g. banks and investors) 
• Prepare technical accounting position papers and assess the impact of new or amended IFRS standards 
• Act as primary contact for auditors on technical IFRS topics and external reporting matters 
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory, shareholder and lender reporting requirements 

What you’ll bring 

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, ideally complemented by a professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) 
• 6–10+ years of experience in Group Reporting, technical accounting or audit 
• Deep IFRS expertise, particularly in disclosure and financial statement presentation 
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with excellent written documentation skills 
• Ability to communicate complex accounting topics clearly to senior stakeholders 
• Fluent in English
