We’re seeking a dedicated and driven Aviation Maintenance Technician Program Coordinator to lead our cutting-edge program and empower the next generation of aviation professionals.

About the Role
As the Program Coordinator, you won’t just manage operations—you’ll set the standard for excellence. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for education into one high-impact position. You’ll oversee faculty and staff, manage the

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) program
- Supervise faculty and staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with education directors to develop and maintain curriculum and course materials
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OSHA, Department of Education, and accrediting bodies
- Monitor student academic progress and support those at risk through advising and mentorship
- Maintain and manage classroom tools, equipment, and training aids
- Serve as a substitute instructor when needed and support hands-on learning initiatives
- Conduct faculty evaluations and facilitate regular staff meetings
- Track student records and manage compliance documentation through CampusNexus

- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aviation maintenance experience
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with administrative responsibilities
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-oriented educational setting
- Exceptional communication, mentoring, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CampusNexus experience a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally

- NCATT AET Certification
- FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License

Work Schedule:
- This position is predominantly a daytime schedule but requires a flexibility to be available to our evening students, and community events.
What We Offer
The compensation for this position ranges from $62,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
