WE ARE LOOKING FOR A YOGA SUB AT OUR SANTA MONICA LOCATION! AUDITIONS WILL BE AUGUST 23rd, 2025.

Location: AV RIDE // 2940 Main St, Santa Monica CA

Who: experienced group yoga instructors in high energy fitness studios looking to elevate their coaching in the new AV RIDE studio

What: You will be auditioning in 5 minute segments to a group of instructors. Be prepared with a class song or two to teach a small training block (bring your best!)

Overview of YOGA Instructor

Aviator Nation RIDE is the new top of line fitness studio on Main St in Santa Monica searching for the best yoga instructors in Los Angeles.The Ride studio space will foster positive workout experiences that help people learn how to thrive, get in shape, and have fun doing it.In addition to our next level boxing and yoga classes, we are seeking talented, experienced spin instructors to host meaningful classes that will inspire our clients and keep them excited about coming back. We are looking for specific instructors with a certain skill set, personality, talent, and values that align with our mission. We are not hiring instructors to simply fill time slots on a schedule. We are looking to partner and collaborate with the best talent Los Angeles has to offer.

Key Responsibilities of YOGA Instructor

• Deliver first class training to customers in a manner on brand with RIDE by Aviator Nation
• Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class;
• Ensure class begins and ends on time;
• Assist Members with technical/mechanical support
• Maintain a clean and sanitized studio after each class

Skills, Abilities & Requirements

• Instructor or personal training certification and experience from leading group training or working as a personal trainer.
• Experience teaching a dynamic music driven cycling class in a group setting.
• Availability for non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and perceptive personality with a strong sense of integrity and self-confidence.
• Energizing, positive, and optimistic attitude.
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
• Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
• Must possess a current boxing certification
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification;
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing;
• Must have a legal right to work in the United States
• Must be available at least 3 days a week to teach
• Must have experience with sound systems and audio set up
• Committed to teaching multiple classes a week on a set schedule
• Ability to put together a high energy playlist multiple times a week
• Inspired and dedicated to grow with a first class fitness studio

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an  employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and stand for long durations of time
• Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 20 pounds
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color peripheral, and depth perception
• Noise level in the work environment is moderate
