Die Rolle des AdOps Specialist ist ein integraler Bestandteil unserer Account-Management-Teams im Bereich Client Services. Du unterstützt administrativ einige der größten Marken im DACH-Raum in unseren Kernbranchen, darunter Einzelhandel, Reisen und Telekommunikation.

Die Position ermöglicht einen idealen Einstieg in die Branche und hilft dir zu verstehen, wie ein führendes Affiliate-Programm aufgebaut wird und wie Awin dies ermöglicht.

Deine Aufgaben 

• Identifizierung und Dokumentation von Aktivitäten konkurrierender Marken
• Unterstützung der Account Manager bei Kundenpräsentationen
• Meldung von Compliance-Verstößen durch unaufgeforderte Websites
• Erstellung und Versand von Publisher-Kommunikation für Advertiser
• Suche nach neuen Publisher-Partnern und Bearbeitung aktueller Bewerbungen
• Hochladen und Kommunikation kampagnenspezifischer Angebote an Publisher-Partner

Dein Profil 

• Fließende Kommunikation auf Englisch sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse – du wirst täglich mit internen Teams und externen Kunden kommunizieren
• Fähigkeit, deine Aufgaben zu priorisieren und von Kunden gesetzte Deadlines einzuhalten
• Bereitschaft, Kolleg:innen zu unterstützen und zusätzliche Aufgaben zu übernehmen
• Höchste Genauigkeit bei internen und externen Arbeiten
• Proaktive Herangehensweise zur Verbesserung von Effizienz und Arbeitsqualität
• Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Sicherstellung von Vertretung bei Abwesenheit
• Nach der Einarbeitung: Gute Ansprechbarkeit und Unterstützung bei der Schulung neuer Teammitglieder
