Full-Stack Engineer (f/m/d)
Purpose of Position
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional, service-oriented team, working on extending and maintaining our Affiliate Marketing platform. You design and build reliable user-facing features and backend services. You write clean, secure, and well-tested code, following modern engineering best practices.
This role is intended for engineers who enjoy working across the full stack and taking responsibility for features on both frontend and backend. You work collaboratively in an agile team, contributing to technical quality and team effectiveness while aligning solutions with product requirements.
Your work supports the ongoing development of our billing and payments capabilities, helping ensure a reliable experience for our business and customers.
The Team
You’ll join our Billing & Payments tribe, owning a core domain of the business: how customers are billed and partners get paid. Our engineering culture values pragmatic solutions, automation, strong ownership, and continuous improvement supported by open feedback loops.
We are moving towards a cloud‑first architecture with a strong focus on AWS. Our technology landscape is centered around Java/Spring on the backend and Angular on the frontend, complemented by Node.js–based services, AWS, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Work within a small, collaborative team using agile methodologies and practices
- Take responsibility for frontend and backend features throughout implementation and operation, with guidance from senior or staff engineers
- Translate business requirements into well‑designed technical solutions across the stack
- Support an effective agile way of working by helping facilitate team ceremonies and workshops
- Collaborate closely with other engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day work
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring service reliability and operational stability
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with local and remote colleagues and stakeholders
Whilst the above outlines the general expectations of the role, we expect this position to evolve over time, offering opportunities to gain deeper knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketing domain.
