Axle is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to assist with daily operational tasks at our corporate office in Tysons, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, and vendors.
Ensure the front desk and common spaces are professional, clean, and welcoming at all times.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Coordinate with carriers and notify recipients of deliveries promptly while keeping mail organized to the correct department.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure all office and kitchen spaces are tidy, functional, and well-stocked.
Restock supplies, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors for orders and service requests.
Coordinate with building management and other vendors for facility requests.
Maintain meeting room calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support set-up for internal meetings and events.
Help manage the office seating chart, assign desks, and assist with basic employee onboarding needs, such as employee parking passes, key fobs, and other tools.
Support small administrative projects related to office events, communications, or facilities.
Collaborate with HR and other teams to continuously improve office processes and employee experience.
Establish effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
0-2 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and friendly demeanor
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva experience preferred
Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Schedules: Monday-Friday 7AM-11AM, 11AM-3PM, 3PM-7PM
