Your Impact

As our Logistics Lead, you will drive and optimize our logistics operations across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient day-to-day coordination with freight forwarders, enhancing distribution flows, and leading process improvements across our supply chain. This position will play a key role in strengthening our global logistics strategy—supporting Axon’s mission to protect life through smarter, faster, and more reliable operations

What You’ll Do
Location: Dietzenbach, Germany
Reports to: Regional Manager of Logistics and Operations
Direct Reports: N/A

  • Oversee and lead logistics within Europe
  • Lead Day 2 Day logistics and make impactful decisions
  • Communicate and maintain relationship with forwarders to elaborate best logistics outcome
  • Review and develop logistical procedures
  • Maintain and analyze supply chain data
  • Develop optimization plan of distribution flow
  • Own and execute projects within the logistics devision
  • Drive logistical intracompany communication
  • Assist the logistics team with expertise and support the operations team if needed


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in working in a supply chain logistics and operations environment
  • Experience in communicating with forwarding agencies
  • Highly motivated individual that thinks big and can work and lead procedures with the team through the day 2 day
  • Strong organizational, communication and follow up skills
  • Ability to remain flexible, make quick decisions and keep all interested parties informed
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a quick moving organization
  • Safety, security & compliance driven thinking
  • Dangerous Goods IATA NOM A
  • Dangerous Goods ADR
