Your Impact
Providing a great place to come to work for a global workforce of over 4,000 employees, The Vice President of International Global Facilities is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and operation of all domestic and international facilities supporting manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and front office operations. You will drive global real estate strategy and execution, lead capital projects including greenfield and brownfield developments, and ensure facilities align with operational needs, compliance requirements, and corporate sustainability goals. This position collaborates closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and executive leadership to support business growth, and ensure operational capacity, compliance, and continuity.
What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters
Reports to: EVP of Axon Global Operations.
Direct Reports: 6-7 across facilities, environmental health and safety, physical security and special projects.
- Collaborate across all functions and key stakeholders to align facilities strategy with broader business strategy and corporate culture.
- Oversee global real estate portfolio including the acquisition, construction, operation and disposition of all locations, optimizing for growth, capacity, and culture.
- Head up end-to-end management of global construction initiatives for both new locations and existing site capital improvement projects.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and maintenance of global facilities.
- Develop and implement EHS functions ensuring compliance with all regulations including all reporting and operational metrics.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical security program across all front office, global operations centers, and our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
- Develop, manage, and track global budgets, including operating expenses, capital projects, and lease obligations, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support M&A activities by conducting operational due diligence, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing integration strategies.
- Lead cross-functional business continuity planning, including risk assessments, scenario planning, and recovery strategies to safeguard critical operations.
- Standardize service levels and vendor management across global locations.
- Develop and maintain all related global policies and standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelors’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 12+ years of senior global facilities leadership.
- A robust knowledge of global real estate and commercial leasing regulations.
- Facilities Management experience including but not limited to manufacturing and distribution centers and front office sites.
- Vendor contracts/vendor management expertise.
- Operations and front office space capacity planning in a high growth environment.
- Strong analytical/financial skills including budgets and forecasts and lease accounting standards.
- Experience in environmental health and safety (EHS), physical security, project management and information technology
