Your Impact
As the Senior Director of End-User Productivity, you will define and deliver the strategy that powers how every Axon employee works, collaborates, and innovates. You’ll lead our productivity ecosystem, including IT support, and End-User engineering and application administration. Your leadership will elevate IT support, device management, and collaboration technologies—like Zoom Rooms. Beyond today’s needs, you’ll drive the responsible adoption of AI into everyday workflows and exploring emerging productivity technology, such as AR/VR for end-user productivity.
What You’ll Do
Location: This role is based out of our Scottsdale, AZ office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesday through Friday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays. We believe connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to support meaningful teamwork and mentorship.
Reports to: CIO
Direct Reports: 2 Director/Managers, with a total team of 23
- Define and execute a global end-user productivity strategy across devices, software, and collaboration tools.
- Oversee IT support operations and service delivery, setting SLAs/SLOs and driving automation to improve user experience and reduce time-to-resolution.
- Own the design, deployment, and support of conference room technologies with a focus on reliability and ease of use.
- Champion AI adoption across productivity tools, enabling document automation, meeting summarization, and workflow optimization with measurable impact.
- Enforce governance and security frameworks for productivity platforms and AI features, ensuring compliance and responsible use.
- Direct the lifecycle management of end-user devices (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android), including provisioning, patching, and asset retirement.
- Partner with Facilities on AV build-outs and technology standards for hybrid work environments.
- Explore and pilot forward-looking productivity hardware such as AR/VR and immersive collaboration tools, tying experiments to business value.
- Build and mentor a high-performing global team, creating a culture of service excellence and innovation.
What You Bring
- 12+ years in end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and enterprise IT, with 7+ years leading global teams and managers.
- Proven experience managing large-scale productivity platform transitions, including Office 365 and Google Workspace Enterprise.
- Strong technical depth in collaboration ecosystems (Google Workspace, Zoom Rooms, AV/IT systems, UEM/MDM platforms, identity and security).
- Demonstrated success deploying AI-enabled workflows and change management programs that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
