We are seeking UI/UX Designers to work on our very highly visited sites. Looking for passionate designers willing to go to the next level of their career. We have an amazing opportunity for a multi-disciplinary designer to collaborate on user experience, brand identity, and user interface design.  You can expect to be working primarily on digital projects for web and mobile.  Our design team has a wealth of creative experience and we encourage everyone to share their ideas. You are the ideal addition to the team if you share our belief that style exists to support ideas, you have a strong point of view on design and you’re driven to constantly learn new skills.

The UI Designer works in close collaboration with the Design Manager, the Product Managers and the Developers to create interfaces that align with usability best practices. You will join a team working to provide cutting-edge experiences for our users in a fast-paced environment. You can expect a great degree of autonomy and opportunities to use your artistic ability on products that reach millions of people daily.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from concept ideation to final implementation.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and priorities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the design team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.
  • Work alongside other designers, product managers and reseachers for usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Champion usability and perform quality control on designs
  • Ensure consistency with branding and marketing efforts and help to establish design guidelines for future product developments

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves: 

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • Education in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction or related design program, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Ability to design full websites (PC, Tablet & Mobile)
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and CSS/HTML5 is an asset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to haves:

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prior experience in a UX/UI team
