Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a talented and hard working Game Designer to join our team. As a Game Designer, you will play a key role in bringing compelling gameplay experiences to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, programmers, and producers, to design, document, and implement game mechanics, levels, and systems. This role requires a deep passion for gaming, a strong understanding of design tools, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate cross departmentally to implement game designs using scripting languages or visual scripting tools
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Test and validate yours and others’ work, fixing any issues that occur
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop game concepts, mechanics, and features

The skills you need:
- 1+ years of video game Design experience
- Proficiency in game design tools and software, such as Unity and Unreal
- Understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology
- Experience with both mobile and PC games
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to listen and learn
- Self-motivated and proactive towards completing tasks
- Collaborative mindset that seeks to arrive at the right solution above all else
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality games
Additional skills that would make you shine:
- Experience in Unity
- Experience in level design and systems design
- Creative writing experience
- Passion for RPGs
