Brief team/department description:

Our Digital team at Azurity is building new capabilities utilizing cutting-edge IT Pharma Systems. We are looking for a dynamic, change inspired, Dwell b/w multiple system, Individual self-driven hands-on IT Pharma Systems Specialist. Team Member Ability to work onsite during flexible hours to support India, US and EU operations

Primary RR Pharma Serialization (60%) & Secondary R&Q Systems RR (50%).

  • Implementation & System Integration
    • Lead implementation & configuration of TraceLink and Rfxcel serialization solutions.
    • Integrate serialization platforms with ERP (SAP ATTP, D365, Oracle), WMS, LIMS, and MES.
    • Ensure compliance with global serialization regulations (DSCSA, EU FMD, ANVISA, CFDA, SFDA).
    • Manage EPCIS transactions, GS1 barcode standards (GTIN, SSCC, SGTIN), and data reconciliation.
  • Serialization Data Management
    • Manage EPCIS transactions, GS1 barcode standards (GTIN, SSCC, SGTIN), and aggregation hierarchy.
    • Ensure secure, compliant data exchange between serialization systems, trading partners, and supply chain stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot EPCIS transaction failures, ASN errors, and serialization data discrepancies.
    • Perform master data reconciliation and serialization reporting for compliance, audits, and system performance tracking.
  • System Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide L2/L3 support for serialization, R&Q system issues, ensuring timely issue resolution.
    • Perform root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and troubleshooting for serialization, R&Q failures.
    • Monitor system alerts, logs, and exception reports to identify serialization workflow disruptions.
  • Training & Process Optimization
    • Act as IT liaison between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance teams.
    • SOP Document, Process Improvement, Train users on serialization workflows, EPCIS transactions, and compliance requirements.
    • Identify process improvements, automation, and serialization system enhancements.
    • Support serialization upgrades, digital transformation initiatives, and regulatory updates.

Education & Skills Required

  • BTech in IT, Computer Science, or related field with Pharma IT System Ops Added Plus
  • MTech / MS with specialization in Pharma IT (Preferred) Ops Added Plus

Technical Skills:

  • Serialization Platforms: Hands-on experience with TraceLink, Rfxcel, SAP ATTP or other serialization platforms.
  • EPCIS & Data Standards: Expertise in EPCIS 1.1/1.2, GS1 barcoding, GTINs, SSCCs, aggregation hierarchy.
  • ERP & Integration Expertise: Experience integrating serialization solutions with SAP ATTP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Oracle ERP.
  • API & Data Exchange: Knowledge of EPCIS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs for serialization data exchange.
  • Database Management & Scripting: Exposure to SQL, Python, Java, or C# for data handling and debugging serialization transactions.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or SaaS-based serialization solutions.
