What We Are Looking For:

The Sales Account Manager will help us achieve the defined long-term organizational strategic goals, build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. In this role, you will manage existing customers, uncover new opportunities within your base of accounts and ensure that we are meeting our customer's communication needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Onboard new Bandwidth customers until a book opens for you to fill
  • You will then serve as the primary account owner for a book of 350+ existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts at each account
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional Bandwidth product
  • Drive revenue generation and development of strategic partnerships
  • Cultivate and manage a healthy sales funnel and ensure forecast accuracy
  • Achieve assigned quota for new revenue growth within accounts

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of closing or business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred

Bonus Points:

  • Significant experience in SaaS and/or CPaaS sales is strongly preferred
