About The Horde:
A hands-on, educational, launchpad to a career in advertising.

In 8 weeks: You’ll create an integrated campaign with fellow interns, where you’ll brainstorm, develop and pitch it to Barbarian leadership. Plus so much more.

Location: NYC (in office Tues-Thurs)

Duration: 8 weeks, July 7, 2026 - August 27, 2026

Graduates only

Roles: Account Manager, Project Manager, Art Director, Copywriter, Designer, Strategist (Concept & Implementation), Analyst (Data & Insights), Front-End Developer & AI Engineering Generalist

 

Program Details:
Hybrid: Five-day work week: In-office three days a week (Tu-Th) at Barbarian’s NYC office, WFH: two days a week, (Mon & Fri).

Pay: $18 per hour / 40 hours a week
