Supervisor, Direct Investments
MissionOne Media is a brand within BarkleyOKRP that combines full-funnel media planning and buying services, CRM, data, analytics, retail media, SEO, and digital experiences.
This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Supervisor, Direct Investments at BarkleyOKRP. In this role, you will be responsible for the tactical planning, purchase, execution and delivery of linear and digital audio and video channels, print and OOH that are part of approved media plans. The Supervisor establishes appropriate tactical media strategies and budgets for clients and must have a working and proficient understanding of media measurements and how to creatively apply them.

Responsibilities:
● Responsible for campaign development, management and optimization within various platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon, Pinterest, etc.
● Builds relationships and maintains ongoing communications with media representatives.
● Integral activation lead in key client communication.
● Present at all key client presentations and meetings.
● Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery and vendor agreements.
● Keeps a pulse on all media buys and is ultimately responsible for the post-buy results and ongoing reporting.
● Updates Supervisor on status of current accounts on an ongoing basis and elevates and issues in a timely manner.
● Responsible for overseeing all campaign tracking set-up and implementation before launch of a campaign, with support from Ad Operations.
● Oversees creation of all reporting dashboards and is integral in presentations to clients on an ongoing basis.
● Lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues.
● Ensures strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives.
● Stays current on all media trends and opportunities in the industry.
● Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of digital and linear direct media buying experience required
● Knowledge and prior use of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon
● Strong organizational and mathematical skills

● Ability to establish good working relationships with media reps
