Senior Paid Media Specialist

The mission:

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist within our Acquisition team, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact paid media initiatives. You’ll drive customer acquisition at scale, shaping Baubap’s presence across digital channels while ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business results. Beyond execution, you’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, innovate growth loops, and mentor the team to raise the overall bar for performance marketing.

Your mission: maximize installer acquisition for loan requests and enhance the conversion rate from approved leads to loan disbursement, ensuring paid media is a true engine for sustainable growth.

 

The expected outcome:

  • 1. Scale & Optimize Paid Media Performance

    • Architect and lead full-funnel paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms.
    • Build and manage campaigns with a strict focus on efficiency, scalability, and hitting CAC and ROAS targets.
    • Lead continuous A/B testing (ads, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages).

    2. Drive Conversion to Loan Disbursement

    • Develop and refine strategies to move approved leads through the funnel to disbursement.
    • Partner with Analytics, Product, and CRM teams to identify drop-offs and implement solutions that directly improve conversion KPIs.

    3. Strengthen ASO & Creative Impact

    • Own initiatives to improve app store rankings, CTRs, and conversion-to-install rates.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives and app store assets are compelling, consistent, and data-driven.

    4. Strategic Leadership & Experimentation

    • Proactively identify new growth opportunities (channels, technologies, audiences).
    • Test and validate innovative acquisition levers — from incentives to cross-channel integrations.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on paid media best practices and growth experimentation.

 

The day to day tasks:

  • Run daily performance reviews and weekly reports on media efficiency, onboarding funnels, and testing results.
  • Propose and implement high-velocity campaign and journey tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Product, Design, Analytics) to align growth initiatives with company priorities.
  • Represent the Acquisition team in customer calls and translate insights into actionable growth experiments.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes (e.g. Google Ads updates, TikTok term updates, best practices for special companies) and implement strategies to future-proof campaigns.

  • Track Record: You’ve scaled budgets into the millions profitably, managed multi-channel campaigns, and improved KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
  • Technical Depth: You’re fluent in SQL, Adjust, and attribution tools; you can self-serve analyses and model scenarios.
  • Execution & Strategy: You combine hands-on execution (building and optimizing campaigns yourself) with strategic thinking (designing long-term growth roadmaps).
  • Experimentation Mindset: You thrive in high-test environments — continuously iterating ads, creatives, audiences, and incentives.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: You’ve influenced product roadmaps, CRM flows, and creative strategies — not just “run ads.”
  • Leadership: You’ve mentored junior marketers or guided agencies, ensuring knowledge transfer and high-quality execution.
  • Communication: You can distill complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for execs and cross-functional partners.
