
E-commerce Portfolio Manager
We are looking for a business-minded Portfolio Manager to act as a leader with a 360° view of assigned categories and countries. You will drive strategy, manage a diverse portfolio, and collaborate across teams to ensure growth and profitability in your region.

Remuneration starts at 1900 €/month gross + variable part
What you will do:
- Develop and execute end-to-end category strategies, set pricing, and drive commercial objectives as the primary business owner for your markets.
- Oversee the lifecycle of our products, making key decisions on launches, maintenance, and phase-outs based on performance.
- Support the forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy by incorporating market trends, seasonality, and local variables with the help of modern data tools.
- Translate market insights into product briefs for development and support content localization to ensure it resonates with local customers.
- Partner with Operations to optimize costs and inventory, and work with Marketing to boost category visibility across digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
What your typical day will actually look like:
- 30–40% Analytics & Performance Review: Diving into sales data, margins, pricing, stock levels, forecasts, and market trends.
- 25–30% Team Coordination: Acting as a bridge and working closely with Marketing, Operations, Content, Product, and Sales teams.
- 20–25% Strategic & Category Decisions: Shaping product lifecycles, pricing setups, launches, phase-outs, and specific country plans.
- 10–15% Content & Market Localization: Ensuring our products and campaigns fit local customers perfectly (and yes, this is where your tech-forward approach and AI tools will save you heaps of time).
What we are looking for:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and financial metrics.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and forecasting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally (Logistics, Marketing, Product Development).
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or similar positions.
- Tech-forward approach: Comfort with using AI tools (like ChatGPT or other automation) to work smarter, speed up daily routines, and handle data/text processing efficiently.
