Position Summary         

The Project Integrator will create graphics, presentations, and briefing documentation utilizing various types Sponsor data.

 

Job Description :

• The Sponsor requires a team to coordinate and manage technical projects in support of a mission impact focused office.
• The Sponsor seeks assistance with performing technical project management that spans technical data analysis, information technology security research, data integration, software evaluation, and graphical visualization disciplines for multiple projects using the Sponsor's enterprise IT systems.
• The team will support technical projects spanning financial industry, telecommunications, media, and energy sectors.
• The Project Integrator will create graphics, presentations, and briefing documentation utilizing various types Sponsor data.
• The Project Integrator will gather, edit, and publish Sponsor technical and operational data to create technical and data visualization presentations and briefings.
• The Project Integrator will perform formatting, layouts, complex text, data visualization and graphics production related to technical projects supporting the Sponsor's mission.
• The Project Integrator will develop organizational, operational, and business process documentation.

 

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience translating technical information into clear presentation.
• Demonstrated experience communicating information to both technical and non-technical personnel, both verbally and via presentations.
• Demonstrated experience creating graphics and briefing slides for senior management.
• Demonstrated experience using graphics and presentation software to develop media, and graphics products for Sponsor briefing materials.

 

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience creating data visualization from complex data sets and topics.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and other Office Products.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
