
CRM Coordinator - Sportsbook Retention
Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts.
In this role, you'll be part of a team responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of Below the Line (BTL) Sportsbook retention campaigns and communications across multiple brands and markets.
This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their career in customer relationship management (CRM). It provides hands-on experience in CRM and email marketing while learning about the latest tools and strategies. As a CRM Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the CRM Sportsbook Retention Team, contributing to initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing

Support CRM Managers with the creation of customer emails for BTL Sportsbook retention campaigns across various brands, markets, and languages.

Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content is compelling, on-brand, compliant, and localized.

Implement dynamic content, personalization, and interactive elements to enhance user experience and engagement.

Test emails for compatibility across different email clients to ensure consistent rendering and performance.

Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to evaluate effectiveness.

Regularly review competitor campaigns to maintain competitiveness in email marketing.
Project Management

Use JIRA to effectively manage CRM projects and communicate with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Support CRM Managers

Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including:

Creating landing pages
-
Configuring player rewards & Price Boosts

Uploading banners and content to the website
-
Requesting and coordinating design, content creation, and localization

Required Work Experience
-
A minimum of one year of experience in the iGaming industry or relevant experience related to the role.
Other Requirements

Ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions.

Genuine interest in sports and sports betting.

Good project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.

Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Experience Seen as Positive

Experience working in JIRA.

Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, or one of the Scandinavian languages is a significant plus.
