A taster of what you will be involved with:

Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, phone and email in a professional and friendly manner

Providing guidance and problem-solving assistance for players navigating the platform, transactions, or account issues.

Collaborating with other teams (Payments, Responsible Gaming, Fraud, etc.) to ensure a seamless player experience

What we are looking for

Native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills.

Previous experience in customer support or hospitality roles – ideally in a tech or online environment.

Availability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

A team player with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help customers.
