CRM Performance Manager - Zecure Gaming

We are looking for a CRM and Gaming Performance Manager to join our Zecure Gaming team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for CRM and Gaming lifecycle strategy, driving impactful customer engagement and performance improvements across our brands.

 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

 

• Lead and execute data-driven CRM and Gaming lifecycle strategies aligned with business goals.

• Partner with Analytics and CRM teams to deliver hyper-targeted campaigns that drive conversion, retention, reactivation, and cross-sell opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to automate customer journeys, enabling scalability and personalised experiences.

• Translate insights from monthly business reviews into actionable optimisation projects.

• Ensure CRM teams maximise predictive models, segmentation, and automation capabilities.

• Collaborate with Data Product and Analytics teams to refine audience strategies and elevate reporting.

• Support commercial delivery with improved systems, processes, and performance outcomes.

• Strengthen safeguards against bonus abuse, ensuring sustainable campaign execution.

 

 

 

 

Who will you work with:

You will collaborate closely with CRM & Gaming Managers, Country Managers, the Zecure VIP team, Commercial Delivery, and key Operations stakeholders (CS, RG, payments, fraud, AML), ensuring alignment across strategies, policies, and performance updates.

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

• University degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong data background with a minimum of 3 years iGaming experience (Casino and Sportsbook).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to translate data into strategy, and strategy into measurable results.
