What are we looking for?

BetterHelp is the largest Podcast advertiser in the world, and we’ve been hard at work at scaling Radio and Streaming, as well. We’re looking for someone to help us manage and continue to evolve our podcast, radio and digital radio advertising strategies in our US markets for performance and brand metrics. You are data-driven first. You are deeply knowledgeable in how the industry operates. You are familiar with all the tracking ins and outs and managing these channels.

You come from a performance and direct response background with an eye for brand and understanding how to craft messaging to our audience. You are organized and manage hundreds of shows from a performance and operational standpoint. You love a challenge and are a great team-player.

What will you do?

  • Work alongside the Sr. Manager of Audio Partnerships - INTL and report to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing in planning, deploying, maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, optimizing and expanding our podcast, radio and digital radio advertising in our US markets in order to scale the business. Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.
  • Explore and test new networks, shows and audio advertising by building media plans comprising podcast, radio and digital radio in each market, and seeing the campaigns through to execution, measurement and optimization.
  • Continually strive for higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization
  • Maintain weekly show reporting and improve upon reporting processes for better campaign management
  • Develop and maintain QA solutions for campaigns
  • Assist in data entry and campaign management ranging from keeping track of IOs to billing.
  • Maintain and further develop our agency and network relationships
  • Work with our data teams on A/B, geo and incrementality testing, and finding ways to further prove impact of audio advertising in the overall channel mix.
  • Work with the Ad Ops Specialist and AP to ensure all buys are correct and complete, and invoices are paid on time.
  • Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class business that makes a difference in people's lives
  • Bring the big ideas

What will you NOT do?

  • You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
  • You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.
  • You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people are allowed here!
  • You will NOT get yourself burned out. We work hard but we believe in maintaining a sustainable work/life balance. Really.
