Who we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a Casino Admin who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow into the world of online casino operations. You don’t need prior casino management experience – we’ll train and guide you. If you have experience in customer service, administration, or operations, and you enjoy analyzing data, working with games, or collaborating with different teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage game configuration and administration within the back-office system (e.g., importing games, setting providers/sub-providers and game metadata)
- Coordinate and execute QA and pre-release testing of new games and updates to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal player experience before launch
- Monitor live game performance and stability, proactively identifying and escalating issues with suppliers or internal teams
- Ensure all games meet regulatory requirements prior to and after release (including jurisdiction-specific requirements and documentation)
- Maintain and update the casino game portfolio, including releases, deprecations, and configuration changes
- Support supplier relationships by coordinating releases, configurations, and promotional requirements
- Assist with analyzing game performance and preparing reports to support optimization and decision-making
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, or a related field
- Interest in gaming, online entertainment, or data-driven operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
