About the role:
We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team in the Toronto office. This is an on-site role focused on keeping our physical space running smoothly, welcoming, and functional as our team grows. You’ll own everything from managing day-to-day office operations to supporting vendor relationships and contributing to office design and team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Toronto office and ensure the space is welcoming, clean and well-equipped
- Coordinate equipment ordering, deliveries and inventory management
- Manage relationships with vendors, building management and other service providers
- Handle office access requests, security passes and visitor protocols
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, from team lunches to seasonal celebrations
- Oversee health and safety protocols ensuring the Toronto office remains compliant with local regulations
- Be the go-to person for employee questions or needs related to the office space
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing office spaces, ideally in rapidly scaling or startup environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Manage office equipment and supplies, including ordering, tracking, and coordinating deliveries
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, building management, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Experience supporting workplace events or internal culture initiatives is a plus

The salary range for this role is CAD 65,000 to CAD 75,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined based on job related skills and business needs.
This is a backfill within our team.
Additional Information
This full-time, on-site position requires 40 hours per week during standard business hours, Monday through Friday in our Toronto office.
