About the role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing marketing team.

In this role, you will design modern, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences across Betty’s web ecosystem. Your work will include landing pages, campaign pages, gamified experiences, and other web assets supporting our user acquisition and marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with User Acquisition, CRO, Brand, Content, Product, and Development teams to transform business and campaign requirements into intuitive and visually compelling experiences.

The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with a solid understanding of user experience, responsive design, and conversion-focused thinking. You should be comfortable taking a project from an initial brief or wireframe through to a polished, implementation-ready design.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually engaging and responsive landing pages, campaign pages, microsites, and other web experiences for desktop and mobile.
  • Translate marketing briefs, business objectives, and user needs into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate closely with User Acquisition and CRO teams to create web experiences that balance brand consistency, usability, and conversion performance.
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently across devices and browsers.
  • Support the creation and ongoing improvement of interactive and gamified web experiences.
  • Develop and maintain reusable design components, style guides, and scalable design systems.
  • Optimize layouts and user journeys for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and page performance.
  • Support A/B testing by developing design variations and iterating based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Review implemented pages and perform design QA before launch.
  • Ensure that all designs align with Betty’s visual identity, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with web design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas that improve our campaigns, digital products, and internal design processes.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web design, UI/UX design, digital design, or a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating modern website, landing page, and digital interface design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience creating components, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, accessibility, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to turn complex business or marketing requirements into clear and intuitive digital experiences.
  • Good understanding of conversion-focused design and the role design plays in user acquisition and customer journeys.
  • Experience preparing organized, implementation-ready files and collaborating effectively with developers.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality while working across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.


Nice to have:

  • Experience designing high-performing landing pages for paid marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress, or similar landing page and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, or using performance data to improve designs.
  • Experience designing interactive, animated, or gamified web experiences.
  • Experience in the gaming, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile entertainment industries.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, or basic animation tools.
