Job Summary 

We are seeking a motivated and versatile AI Solution Analyst to join our innovation team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about applying modern technologies to solve real-world business problems. 

As an AI Solution Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business units to understand their challenges and develop intelligent solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and the Power Platform. You will serve as a translator between business needs and technical capabilities—prototyping tools, enabling adoption, and fostering digital literacy. 

This is a hybrid role combining solution design, light development, client engagement, and continuous learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work with diverse teams to identify opportunities and guide the adoption of AI-powered solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Design & Enablement 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation or AI enhancement.
• Build and configure low-code tools and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related platforms.
• Deliver demos, prototypes, and user-friendly documentation to support rollout and adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management 

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet real user needs and are effectively integrated into existing processes.
• Support change management by helping end users build trust in and understand the tools you help
• Provide training, resources, and presentations to promote solution awareness and digital confidence.

Learning & Research 

• Stay current on developments in AI and understand how it impacts the business.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation with emerging technologies and share insights to enable the team.
• Participate in internal working groups and assist in identifying new opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related
• 0–4 years of professional experience.
• Academic or hands-on experience with tools such as Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, C#, SQL, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for learning and applying technology in meaningful ways.

Preferred: 

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Azure AI services.
• Experience with API integration tools like Postman.
• Exposure to process mapping or user experience design.
• Interest in helping teams adopt new technology and drive change.
