Bidease is a fast-growing mobile ad tech company specializing in in-app programmatic advertising. Our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) empowers advertisers to efficiently reach their target audience across mobile devices. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Partner Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

 

Job Description:

As a Technical Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our partnerships and helping us establish a strong presence in the market. You will use data-driven approaches for developing and executing partnership growth initiatives, be an externally facing representative on behalf of Bidease to our partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure the health and growth of our partnerships in the mobile ecosystem. Industry experience in the mobile ad tech space is required for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Develop Partnerships: Identify and create partnerships across mobile environments, focusing on our existing supply partnerships and expanding our supply ecosystem where it makes sense.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Maintain and grow strong, productive relationships with SSPs, publishers, MMPs, fraud/ invalid traffic (IVT) partners and related stakeholders.
  • MMP understanding and relationships: Strong understanding of attribution, how MMPs work and have the relationships to call on when you have other questions.
  • Fraud Management: Collaborate with fraud and IVT platforms and internal teams such as sales, ad ops and engineering to support fraud prevention initiatives, ensuring high standards of traffic quality.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Provide responsive, daily support to SSP and supply partners to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and onboarding processes for SSP contracts, ensuring favorable terms for all integrations and ongoing collaborations.
  • Inventory Analysis and Strategy: Monitor inventory trends and develop measurement strategies that support overall business objectives and enhance partner performance.
  • Sales and Account Support: Work closely with sales and CSM teams, providing insights, support, and expert guidance to support them on client pitches and strategies.
  • Stakeholder Education: Serve as a subject matter expert on partner capabilities and educate internal teams on evolving platform functionalities.
  • Collaborate on Strategic Planning: Partner with business leadership to execute and refine Bidease’s DSP partnership strategy, aligning goals with market opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Actively drive revenue through strategic partner education, sales support, and partner engagement tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnerships or account management roles within the DSP, ad tech, or mobile advertising sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SSP, DSP, MMP, and IVT/fraud prevention platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions that impact revenue and partner performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of addressing day-to-day issues quickly and efficiently to maintain partner satisfaction.
