Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the mobile app advertising landscape, with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience. Our AdOps Managers play a pivotal role in optimizing our ad operations processes, collaborating with both commercial and technical teams, and leveraging their expertise in data and analytics to drive successful ad campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Execute end-to-end ad campaign management, from setup to delivery and reporting, across various mobile advertising platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) are met or exceeded.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign performance and audience targeting.

Technical Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery, tracking, and performance issues.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive documentation outlining processes, best practices, and issue flagging procedures to streamline ad operations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards that provide actionable recommendations to enhance ad performance and ROI.
  • Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing data, enabling data-driven decision-making for future campaigns.

Commercial Team Collaboration:

  • Work in tandem with the sales and account management teams to understand client goals and requirements.
  • Provide expertise in crafting advertising solutions that align with clients' objectives and deliver value.

Ad Operations Optimization:

  • Develop and implement best practices for ad trafficking, creative setup, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance our ad operations processes.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in mobile app advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystem, mobile ad formats, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience working collaboratively with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in creating documentation around processes, best practices, and issue flagging is a plus.

 

Work Type: Full Time

Location Options:

  • New York, NY (Hybrid 3-days per week)
  • US, Remote

Compensation / On-Target Earnings (US): $80,000 - $150,000 USD
