Compensation Band: $85,000 - $115,000
Bidease is a fast-growing mobile ad tech company specializing in in-app programmatic advertising. Our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) empowers advertisers to efficiently reach their target audience across mobile devices.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of the organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning. They will also handle compensation and benefits, training and serve as a link between the organization’s management and its team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, proactively sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs within an eCommerce industry for positions such as warehousing, customer support, graphic design, marketing, and others.
- Continuously improve and manage onboarding/offboarding and training programs for new hires, hiring managers, and exiting employees including exit interviews.
- Continuously improve and manage an ongoing performance management program in conjunction with employee learning and development.
- Generate basic HR data & analytics to support company decision-making utilizing the company’s HRIS/PEO.
- Maintain a culture of diversity and inclusion by implementing policies and practices that support and value diversity along with through team events and activities.
- Work with third-party vendors to develop, and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and Paid Time Off (PTO) programs
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and/or employee relations issues and provide documentation on company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Oversee the HRIS/PEO (Rippling) and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, company policies and procedures, and onboarding/offboarding information.
- Oversee the ATS (Greenhouse) and maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and candidate data.
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Run payroll within the US through our 3rd party payroll provider (Rippling)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, providing support in adherence to the states where our employees are located
Required Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR business partner/HR manager role
- 3+ years of experience managing/creating training curriculum for hiring managers
- 3+ years experience in onboarding and offboarding employees
- 3+ years experience using/managing HRIS/PEO software
- 3+ years experience of experience specifically in Recruitment/talent Acquisitions
- Ability to communicate efficiently with employees and management
- Experience working with international teams with multi-cultural entities around the globe
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and motivate others with confidence and an executive presence
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience with Rippling HRIS
- Experience working with Finance & Accounting
- Experience working in AdTech, Mobile Apps, and/or Gaming
